Development Methodology
followed by BhimSoftek uses Prototyping as a risk reduction
mechanism, but more important, enables BhimSoftek to apply
the prototyping approach at any stage in the evolution of
the product. It maintains the systematic stepwise approach
suggested by waterfall model, but incorporates it into an
iterative framework that more realistically reflect the real
world resulting in timely development and deployment of quality
software solutions to our clients.
Prototype of the projects with some live data of the user
will be taken and demonstrated to the client. All risks in
terms of using the product, business processes, technology,
infrastructure etc will be identified at this stage and possible
solutions will be provided. The team will also educate the
client with alternative solutions or good business practices
followed by similar industries from their earlier experiences
and will adapt whatever is feasible in consultation with the
client. At the end, i.e. after the final delivery of the projects
users will be Trained.
